Walla Walla Fit Connect has a unique approach to fitness for motherhood. We combine many styles of fitness to keep class creative and fun. We incorporate interval HIIT work, resistance training, light dumbbell dynamic work and pelvic floor/core restoring and conditioning to our classes. Class is designed to be a full body workout each day with a focus muscle group or specialty added to each class. In addition to the fitness aspect that our classes provide, we also strive to offer an all-encompassing community. As new mothers, we go through many physical changes yes, but even more so emotional and mental changes as well. The benefits of this program are to promote a healthy mind and body while offering a safe community of support. Prenatal mothers are welcome as well.
All equipment will be wiped down thoroughly in between classes (we will not be sharing equipment during class).
