Welcome to Walla Walla Fit Connect

Walla Walla Fit Connect has a unique approach to fitness for motherhood. We combine many styles of fitness to keep class creative and fun. We incorporate interval HIIT work, resistance training, light dumbbell dynamic work and pelvic floor/core restoring and conditioning to our classes. Class is designed to be a full body workout each day with a focus muscle group or specialty added to each class. In addition to the fitness aspect that our classes provide, we also strive to offer an all-encompassing community. As new mothers, we go through many physical changes yes, but even more so emotional and mental changes as well. The benefits of this program are to promote a healthy mind and body while offering a safe community of support. Prenatal mothers are welcome as well.

What Makes Fit Connect Different?

Walla Walla Fit Connect is geared toward mothers of all skill and exercise levels and
your children are an important component of our class.

Can I Really Bring My Kid?

Yes, the majority of mothers bring their children to class with them. You also have the choice to come to class without your child as well.

Where is Class Held?

During the cold months we hold class inside at 36 SW 8th Street in College Place and during the warm months we hold class outside at Martin Field Track.

What if I haven’t worked out before?

Class is designed to offer many different levels of exercise while keeping everyone together in a group fitness setting.

What should I Bring to Class?

A stroller of any kind, water bottle and a yoga mat for outside classes.

Meet our October mom of the month!

Name and when you became a mom, age of kids.

Hi, I’m Emily, and I became a Mom when I was 25. I have four amazing daughters, Georgia (9), Mamie (7), Hattie (17 months) and Willa (12 weeks)

How did you find WW Fit Connect?

I started going when I was pregnant with my fourth daughter. I had seen posts on Instagram/Facebook and a few friends and my sweet sister-in-law recommended it.

What is your favorite part about class?

I love everything about class! Being with other Moms, watching our kids play, and how incredible the workouts are. Ashley does an amazing job! I’m always so surprised at how quickly the hour flies by.

Why would you encourage other moms to come?

No matter what stage of motherhood you are in, Ashley has the perfect workout for you. I was able to confidently workout throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum and it’s been so great for me both physically and mentally.
