FAQs

Do I have to have a jogging stroller to come?

No, any stroller is suitable for class.

Do my children have to stay in the stroller?

Yes, we ask that kids under 5 stay in the stroller during class for safety purposes. When class is outside, there is more room for flexibility in older toddler age group.

What if my child won’t sit in the stroller the whole time?

We move the kids around a lot to keep everyone happy. If a child needs to get out of the stroller for something, you can absolutely do this, once the child is calm, we ask they get back in. We have found that our kids around 3 or 4 like being around one another more than us so we push their strollers together so they can play.

What do I need to bring?

A stroller of any kind, water bottle and a yoga mat for outside classes.

What if I haven’t worked out for a long time?

Class is designed to offer many different levels of exercise while keeping everyone together in a group fitness setting. There is no requirement for previous fitness experience to come to class. We have had all levels and stages of fitness in class from prenatal clients, to newly postpartum, to those trying to start their relationship with exercise to advanced clients. We can accommodate everyone.
